FPSH and NYPD's 32nd Precinct Host Christmas Giveaway

Friends of Public School Harlem is excited to announce another of its annual Christmas Gift Giveaways. The event is being conducted with sponsorship and support from The Migdol Organization and NYPD’s 32nd Precinct.


The event will take place Friday, December 18th, at 12:00 pm outside of the Kennedy Center — 34 W 134th Street.


FPSH will provide gifts and other seasonal festivities. Adults are encouraged to bring children in need of gifts this holiday season. Strict mask usage and social distancing will be enforced.


FPSH Board Member Korey Wise of “The Exonerated Five” will be in attendance. Other invited dignitaries include:

  • Congressman Adriano Espaillat
  • State Senator Brian Benjamin
  • Assemblyman Robert Rodriguez
  • Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer
  • Councilman Mark Levine
  • Assemblywoman Inez Dickens


About the Organization

Founded by President Jerry Migdol, Friends of Public School Harlem is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to support Harlem’s public schools and students. The organization has donated more than $900,000 in supplies in support of this mission and has directly impacted more than 30,000 Harlem residents. The organization also regularly holds events to support the Harlem community, including holiday get-togethers, toy drives, grocery giveaways, and Covid-19 safety distributions.
