Harlem, New York — December 23rd, 2020 — After receiving a request for help from a family in Harlem, Friends of Public School Harlem moved into action to lend assistance. The organization donated a laptop to the family to help increase their access to educational opportunity and more. FPSH also provided toys and gifts to bring seasonal cheer during the holidays.
The donation was spearheaded by District Leader Keith Lilly, a longtime collaborator and friend of FPSH. It also included gifts donated by the generous Marine Toys 4 Tots Program.
“We were happy to be able to provide assistance,” said Lilly. “We hope these donations can do some good during a very difficult time.”
